Our Librarians

Being a school librarian a is a privilege because you get to come into the library and watch all the children enjoy reading so many different books.

There are currently five Year 5 librarians and we all give up our time to help organise and lead the library. We lead 2 lunchtime sessions a week where any one can come in and spend time looking at all the wonderful books we have and choose one or two to borrow over a couple of weeks.

We also help display the new books we have on different themes such as International Woman's Day and make sure any outstanding books that have been borrowed are returned.

We love being libriarians and looking after all the books. We like making sure that the children are happy with their book choices and continue to love reading.
