Church of the Holy Rood, Ampney CrucisWe are very lucky to have this beautiful and historic church in the village. As a Church of England school we mark the main events of both the Christian and academic years with services lead by our local vicar, Rev. Annette Woolcock:  Harvest Festival, Carol Service, Easter Service (complete with Easter Bonnets!) and our end of year Leavers' Service. The children are very much involved in all the preparation for the services and play a very active role in the services themselves.

We are always grateful to parents who volunteer to help in any way, either in decorating the church or walking the children to the services from school. The services are very special events in the school calendar for the children, staff and parents alike.
